A reader named Alan wrote to me last night, in response to my email "enemy of the people", about the duplicity of the so-called "free press."
"What I can't quite put my finger on is why so many people insist on believing what they say, without question... But what about the built-in ability that most people seem to have to discern truth from falsehood? Why isn't that working? Surely liberal gullibility isn't the whole answer? What am I missing?"
