I try to start every day by walking my dog. This morning he was determined to say no. I put on his leash. I tried to drag him out of the house, and he just dragged his feet, essentially telling me “this isn’t happening”.
I gave up. I went for a walk by myself.
I wish more libertarians had his instinct. My dog knew he was on a leash, and he made his choice. He said no to the guy pulling on it. I respect it.
